EMS - Compex
November 30, 2007, 12:03:01 am
We have got one of these things but not really sure the best way to use it.  David Macia has some great advise (in Spanish unfortunately!!!).  Cant find any info on how to use one for climbing.

Any ideas!!!!   :please:

Had a look at this but doesnt really tell you how to use it.  I know that the Spaniards use them for both strength, endurance and recovery but not really sure how they do it.  We have read the manual a bunch and its all a bit confusing for climbing.  It seems ok for the recovery but the others  :-\

Nige has one, we used it to great amusement in font last year. Dense was going to put it on his penis, unfortunately it was too small to attach the pads to

I've not found any English ones, but there is a section in a French training book.

I mostly use mine for recovery and injuries at the moment. It's helped the finger/hand injury quite a bit (I think) after the icing period
