I went to see a lady whose name I can't remember at the Lakeside Hotel (its got a sports complex behind it) between Windermere and Ambleside. She is affiliated to the specialist private shoulder surgeon who did my shoulder operation, so I do believe she knows her onions. Certainly more so than most physios in this area (don't get me started). I'll try and find details...

Word, I can't believe that some of them will have you sit infront of a whirring machine for half an hour then charge you fifty quid for it, I'd be layin some fat sloper action down if they tried to pull that jack on me.
