Anyone tried the new Reflex Peptide Fusion which they say is the best thing ever?

I use Reflex Instant Whey atm, and the new thing is more expensive. Just wondered if anyone had used both and seen a difference...?

To be honest mate i'd stay away from protein products like that...stick to whole foods you'll get more from them...example:

A Chicken drumstick contains about 25g of protein which is the same as the average shake. If you pop down to tesco they normally have big packets of thighs and drumsticks on a buy 1 get 1 free deal for £3. FAR FAR better...trust me i've used protein shakes for over a year and in 4 months i've seen far superiour results from doing the chicken, eggs, fish and meat whole foods.

If you must buy protein just get a basic product like On- Whey.

ahhh,
this reminds me about my mid-20's alimentary disorder...
raw egg whites every morning, starving, running, cycling, training the whole time...
