bust biceps
October 03, 2007, 08:52:16 am
i tweaked my left bicep on sat,it seems to be right in the middle of the muscle belly.i'd previously noticed that this bicep is quite alot smaller than my right one.however it seemed more noticeable after said tweak.i'd previously put it down to muscle wasting due to a chronic shoulder problem.however on seeing my g.p. and a physio they both feel that i've ruptured my upper bicep and i have what i think is a popeye injury.
my question to you experts out there could i have done this a while ago or would it have hurt like shit when it went.i do have a reasonable pain tolerance and according to most people who know me am totally insensitive.

i suffer from the same problem webbo, but i thought you was married?
apparently tho tearing a bicep is not supposed to be as gnarly as it sounds so it's possible you could have done it a while ago. i await fatdocs summation "don't climb on it for 3 months, have you wrote a will yet?"

Dense, you're in the wrong job, farting around in a boat under a big bridge in the middle of the night is really not your destiny.

Webbo,

looks like you need to get to see a good musculo=skelatal specialist... i know you're not sheffield based so cant help there.

On a similar vein, lets get a list (no i'm not going to the UKC side, this could actually help) on here of recommended physios, osteos etc..

the reason why i'm wondering if i did it awhile ago is cos it doesn't hurt that much.i did some light weights and a deadhanging session without seeming to stress it.
and dense i'm a left hand man my self.i prefer to kid myself someone else is doing it.
