How much weight should I add

I've got 15kg of diver's weight should I use it all the time, or only when strength training and not when tehniqyue training should I use more or less. BTW the carpal ops in both hands have been successful

I was using one last year up to 15kg- but a few weeks later I had a hernia! So i stopped. Could have been caused by the weight belt or trying to lift a flagstone with a crowbar. Did both on the same day.

I shouldn't laugh, but that's the funniest thing I've read all day.  Class!

I've got a good weight belt. its called my flabby belly
I like to think of it as a training body.

i think the question is a little bit too general.

you can use the weights whenever. even when training technique: you can climb with them on, and the do the same sequence without, to learn how to not overgrip, how to shift your body weight on your feet, etc.
