I've got firewall enabled on my router and had to disable the firewall (sygate) on my PC to get a decent speed on the interweb.
Which is the best way to do this, stay as is, or disable router firewall and enable pc firewall?

I seem to be getting alot of spam through recently, specifically using my name which is a bit scary

I rely pretty much entirely on the router firewall.
