Did a brief search and found nothing (if it's out there can you direct me to the appropriate thread please).
Ligament cysts and the curse of fat fingers etc.. I know I've developed a few over the past week or so and I'd like to know what the best way to recover from them is. I'm resting/massaging and using ice. I will not use anti-imflammatory drugs.
Has anyone had any luck with ultrasound for this condition?
