So after a record session on my board yesterday and now feeling generally knackered I managed a personal best today of 11163. I am assuming it must be down to getting the technique more refined or atleast getting some kind of technique. It kind of reminds me of when I first started climbing and hanging a sloper felt impossible and in my head it had nothing to do with finger strength it was just that my fingers didnt have enough friction 
This feels similar in that I cant see how I could possibly move the ball any quicker but somehow the scores slowly creep up?

Sorry for the ramble I  am just fascinated by the training effect on the human body.

Tommytwotone was a bit keen on me being Mrs Twotone on here.  Worryingly so.  But I've tried to persuade him to become Mr SC2004, which would more adequately reflect the power balance in our relationship. He's having none of it though.

NO- you'll get it with a bit of practice.  I fear chalk dust in my ball will be the final nail in its coffin.
Having said that, I always fade around the 20s point.  I tried burst for 30s but I don't think it's as effective over such a short time- or maybe my timing was off, only managed 5,100 odd.  But I'm crap anyway

I beat the 60s score w/ a handswap today, but won't claim it as a hand swap is naughty IMO.  (10.2K)

Some serious ballers use grip-aids such as fingerless gloves/spray-on stuff.  I reckon pof might do it better on plastic.  But I don't have any pof, am unlikely to ever have pof.  I'd use it if I had some, mind.  Though you don't need pof, just bigger forearms.  Avoid chalk, in fact any dust.

I have man arms at the moment, 10 days in Rjukan was the way forward for Powerball progress, now I just need to keep it up 

I've changed my arm position a bit too which I think helps, I am more bent at the elbow whereas before I had quite a straight arm.
