Hmmmm .... Does this product really sort out carpel tunnels .... As a long time sufferer myself , occupational hazard , any cure obviously interests me ...I've occassionaly considered surgery , but would rather not go under the knife ....

Look, I'm not even going to try and spin some bull about what this can or can't do for your CTS.  However, for the last few years I've got out of bed and done a few press ups.  After a while this started to piss my wrists off, after that I started pressing up off fists on a towel.  After a year of P/B I don't feel I need to do that.  My naturally weak crimper's wrists don't dislocate on slopers as they normally did.  And my forearms are bigger, stronger, and far more homo than ever before (which is what it's about).

My sports masseur/physio is a fan.  As is my B-in-Law (an ex-surgeon) who now works in a orthopaedic practice.  He will recommend p/b for some of his patients.

CTS?  No idea personally, but I'm a lay-about not a doctor.  Read up yourself.

Cheers for the advice youth , may well give the press ups whilst using a towel a go ..... I have read up about CTS and the only thing I found that helped was  skunk , but thanks to the smoking ban and harsh new health and safety at work legislation I've found that having a quick toke at work is no longer an option ....

8558 I reckon another 4 days of hard ice climbing will push me to 9000.

Will, Jamie got 10391 on his 3rd go, he says he's coming to get you, and won't give my ball back.  ::)

We aught really to take "irish alan" off that league table, since he's not a UKB user as far as I can tell, and we only have a notional ideal of what his score is anyway (so unless anyone gets 15k he's always going to be top).

Two salient points.  Plus - 15K is probably 3 or 4 years of daily 350Hz powerball, bicep/reverse curling & C-of-C work away.  And ah . . .   I'm not so keen on that path . . .  Also - screamer users should have a seperate league - they're known to be slower than a 250Hz.

(Though anyone who labours for a living such as Irish Alan is bound to have a ferocious grip, they always do.)

Will-  Is your 10,284 correct?
Houdini- I agree with you on the Screamer front, but since only 2 people use them at present I think we're better staying as we are but flagging up the fact that they are screamer scores.  'Bout 500rpm slower do we think?

I'll ask @ P/B HQ.

Personally, I think Scouse Dave could well be top of the pile.

There is a bit of excitement around in the Physiotherapy world at the moment and its called "The Eccentric Training programme"..............................................................
.....................................
.................

Thanks H (People with a vested intrest eh?  :-[ ), I'd read some of that before I was looking for a UKB response, i'll give it a go I think.

You are not fortunate to know her, sadly. Met Lydnsay through Jamie Light (main partner from back home) who met her on their first trip to Rjukan.

Oh, and well done on getting NJ. Ive tried it in shit condit and can nearly touch the top sloper but its crap! Need to wait till some punter hasnt gunged the holds to paste by smearing them in wet chalk.

60s - 7608 (totally fluffed the standing start, took far to long to get upto speed.  But it's a start.)

Well done Houd, have you tried it from a running start?  That's what the other scores are from.
I assume it isn't burst if you're going from a standnig start.
