Not sure my involvement with these devices warrants any further financial outlay but keen to see the gains others might get from your earlier suggested method for improving 250hz performance.

That 350Hz is so shiny!

New left hand pb in @ 12,034.

I will make the most of this rainy afternoon and have my power lunch followed by a RH attempt in a little while.

I'm finding Mötorheads' Stay Clean to be particularly good.

you can treat yourself to things without guilt when you're older.   Isn't that right GCW?

I don't like your tone old boy.   :-*
The wife has set a veto on any new PB purchases, even though 1.  My 250 is buggered and 2.  I've just bought lots of PC bits.  Or maybe that's why?

Try Overkill, Houd, it's a faster tempo.
Any other numbers for 60s yet?  C'mon girls, get it going.

Just given my Ball a clean out.  I recommend the Vice method, it works very well and the PB is not as delicate as you may think.
It's made bugger all difference to my personal best nor the grating noise my ball always makes.  Worth a go though.

And I've just seen they have an electric starter for sale here.

Surely you'd want some sort of speedcore gabber as that's got a stupidly fast BPM?

Bloody bloody bloody *fume*

Told you eons ago that my 250hz is cunted.  That's 2 months back.  There is no point in having a go, it's fucked.  It's so slow, I'm what?  800 rpm of my PB despite ragging it to fuck.  If it was new I'm certain it would be upper 13K by now.  I've fought it back up to 12.6-ish but the ball is fundamentally twatted, it sounds like a broken Flymo.  I can't get it up there, believe me I have tried.  I'll get another in time and give the old away.  I use a new BASIC model w/out counter that I got for xmas to train on.  That's why there have been no new scores from me in any discipline for ever.

60 Second Strength
GCW 10,082

I keep getting over 12,400 but can't get past.  Maybe I need you Pineapple enema system Houds, it seems to work for you.  Even if you are touchy.

Why not a)  Get a new PB or b) swap the counter to your other ball?

The BASIC is slower than the 250hz.  I'll be handicapping myself and giving you all an advantage, and I feel my slight stature/small hands are disadvantage enough.

Yes yes I will buy a new one, but not until someone beats my score, then I shall unleash my forearms on a new ball and retake the lead.  ;)

It's fair as I've a few months advantage on you guys anyways.

GCW's plateau.

You must train the opposite direction.   I'm now almost as fast AC-wise as C-wise.

Tips.

Warm up very slowly for 5 or 10 mins or so.  Stretch.   Have a blast.  Rest.   Then get into a longer session.  You will break your score.  You will, but first you must beef your grippage.

I am now, getting over 10k but a way to go yet.  I get strangely pumped so that indicates a weakness.  I can get 12,400 fairly easily now so I can see a benefit.  Don't start worrying yet though.
