There must be something about powerballing in the mornings.  Just broke the 10k barrier for the first time this morning with 10804 which drags my sorry arse off the bottom of the table    Had a first stab at the 30 second strength and got a lowly 3471.  Puts me in mind of old school reports "Must try harder"

Nice one Slack---line.  Try it after a sesh at the wall when you are reet warmed-up.  You'll be surprised.

Also, don't forget to use the ball in an anti-clockwise direction and work that topside of your forearm where all the grippy-grippy (technical term) muscles are.  Do this and you will rock.  Serious ballers have stated that training the opposite direction was crucial to them escaping a plateau.

i got mine, it's a 15 year old powerball from my first or second year at uni.
i think it's bigger than new one, and it's fucking clunky.
i had a few tries, and my girlfriend could have easily counted the revs, so slowly i was going...

but very good warmup.

I've hit the wall.

Even after rest days I can't get anywhere near either of my scores.  I'll give it a month.

Useless.
Try the strength stuff.  i hit a wall around 25 seconds and slow down.  I think I could get a couple more hundred revs on the counter in the 30s run.  Currently I'm at 5489 (ie 10,978rpm average for 30s).  So that's 87.6% of my maximum speed (12529).  Should be able to get over 11,000 easily enough but after that it may be a challenge.

Just thought I would give it a month of general stamina balling (on the old ball) rather than shaking my wrists to fuck looking at that damn counter trying to hit 13.3K.  Then get back to the Pro and shatter the high score (he says).


I'm only really interested in - ahem - more power.  But I'll have a 30s blast in a mo.
