Just been mucking around with a powerball, and was languishing around the 8/9K mark for ages (i.e. the last 2 hours) but just busted out a 10363 which I'm quite happy with! I'm pretty sure I can hit 11K today.

Not really sure, mainly just improving my technique I think, also, the powerball was a bit knackered (really grindy and rough) but it seems to be loosing up a bit, so that's helped too. Maybe.

I've just done a 10400. Have done 12200 in the past but that was when I first got it and I was battering it every day! :-)

I got mine as an xmas present from the gf.
I immediately got it out and set my record of 11,7**, but haven't since managed to beat 11,5**

Amazing what a weeks rest/cake eating can do for your arms!!

I haven't been putting in concerted effort with mine, just messing about with it occasionally, but managed to get 11.4k out of my right hand without too much trouble, really struggling with my left to get above 9.5k, any tips?

I need the extra push to break 12.5 K so I'll get stuck in.  An illustrious top 10 spot should provide the motivation!
Currently at 12322 with (in theory) weaker left hand as left elbow has been less injured than right.  Rightie's been catching up of late though so about equal now I think.
need to stop going climbing all the time so I'm fresh to crush my powerball......

I got one for christmas. hours of irritation to my friends and family but have managed 12597! Surely the power of these can be harnessed to solve the modern day energy crisis. Everyone could have one and "mock jossle" for an hour or two a day

Just got 11842 with the wrist I sprained badly in my car crash - seems to be really helping the recovery!

Must get 6th place on the board. Sadly not gonna happen at mo as powerball has knackered my thumb. To be fair, it's just re-inforced what i already knew - i don't use my thumbs enough for climbing (edging rather than pinching, and i certainly don't use my thumbs on edges) so they're weaker than the rest of my hand. Seems to be healing slow, but ok. Should be a good thing in the long run! Lesson learnt!

Wohooo! Finally broke the 12k mark - 12035.

All down to a slight shift in hand position; I now hold it with the gyro-ball facing up my arm, rather than stright out my palm. Psyched.

hadn't thought about the edge of the ball sticking into tendon, but suspect it's just a more standard problem of pushing it too hard. Isn't feeling too bad at the minute so will be taking it down south for the week so i can at least have a session on that as i'm missing out on a proper sesh.

I imagine if you just take it a bit slower, wouldn't be a problem
