Ok forget single problems or complete crags, what is the best boulder? The boulder that has loads of cool problems of all grades and styles. My favourite has to be "The Pebble" at stanage, lots of variety, cool setting (apart from saturdays) and the mother of all problems Deliverance :D .

Remergance block (although not strictly speaking a boulder) is also pretty fucking cool.

Trackside boulder is pretty good, and that big one at the roaches (with the dyno on) is good. Also the main boulder at Sheep Pen is excellent. Loads in font are excellent.

Trackside??!! Are you on drugs??!! It's cack.
The Pebble has to be king - good 'n 'ard problems on every side, and most importantly all superb problems - plus a true girdle. All others pale when you apply these criteria.
Mind you the Grand Hotel has a couple of good up problems...
any boulder with those two on has to be in the top five.
