Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help with a bit of information. I have developed an annoying need to click my fingers in both hands (apart from pinky.) As I climb alot, I strech my fingers alot anyway, but recently the need to click them in order to be able to strech properly has risen. I have read that clicky joints are often nothing to worry about, and there is no pain (apart from a recovering A2 injury, but thats different.) Mainly I just want to know if theres a way of stopping it?

after a few phisio-sessions, i started clicking my wrists alot. they make alot of noise. i asked the phisiotherapist about that and he told me its cos the bones now are more loose, not tight as before. its supposed to be good.
