Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help with a bit of information. I have developed an annoying need to click my fingers in both hands (apart from pinky.) As I climb alot, I strech my fingers alot anyway, but recently the need to click them in order to be able to strech properly has risen. I have read that clicky joints are often nothing to worry about, and there is no pain (apart from a recovering A2 injury, but thats different.) Mainly I just want to know if theres a way of stopping it?
