nibs have you always wore that forearm band to climb? why? elbow, forearm?

i have worn them for a while, mainly due to epitrocleitis (the inside of the elbow inflammation). they helped me also while campusing to feel safer. theyre a pain in the ass for longer probs, cos they decrease blood circulation alot!!!

Sam Towsend - by eck there's a name from the past - used to go to School with him - short arse fella used to work in Outside - but had a fit sister I seem to remember???  - Quite handy on that there grit tho....
