Welford adds sitter to Flatworld

That's the word on the street. 7c+ and looks rather tricky. My source might be able to flesh out the story a little more.

Not that much more to tell really. Bonjoy, your summarising skills are second to none.  Our select crew of ne'er-do-wells were all trying the stand up yesterday and Mr Welford offered helpful advice before making short work of the sitter.
The move to the right hand sidepull with which you use to pull on to the stand up looked particularly fiendish.  I'd say it's not going to be a gimme at 7c+...
It looked very good though.  Even the anti-sit start member of the team (not Gordon Stainforth I should add) conceded that it looked worthwhile.  High praise indeed.

Good effort John.

Just repeated this this morning. Feel it adds a grade to the stand up version with a couple of tricky moves right at the start. Managed to fall off the last move of the original the first time I got through the start, forgot I was on my own with no mat and had a spicy time when I remembered half way down...

Effort! You need to train your dog up as a spotter, these walks sound hazardous.

Have you noticed Stainforth is an anagram of Sit an' froth? <hello Gordon :-*)
