Muscle ups;
Grab rings with false grip.
Pull up high, in fact to well below your collar bones.
Simultaneously stick your arse in the air and try and get you nipples below the rings (kinky yes?).
Press it out.
The move can be done with a kip, which involves less strength. It can be done slowly which involves more strength. The main sticking point is the transition from pull up to dip. I believe the muscles used to do a front lever are important in making the transition. So get involved with some front lever training.
