I do big highballs, i boulder hardish
I do sea cliff routes on tottering rubble
I enjoy winter climbing(sometimes!!!)
i get slighly radical on my mountain bike and push it hard taking big wipe outs in the process
and how do i injure myself????????
 I turn over in my bed whilst asleep tweaking muscles in the top of me shoulder/neck which go into spasm so i cant actually look rightwards now, watch t.v properly, read a book comfortably or do fuck all cos its still fucked two days later and it fucking kills! only way i got to sleep last night was to neck two prescrition strength codiene painkillers and neck a 4 pack of uri gella

It's always the way - I've done some of my most hideous injuries in the home, but often when drunk like the recent one when I fell down our stairs with a wine glass in my hand - I fell on the glass, broke it and the stem stuck straight into my wrist, just next to the throbby vein - sweet! the blood was everywhere and I felt all shakey!

I'll have to come round and play that oh so funny gag of going "quick luce, what's that over there!!" whilst pointing off to your right hand side  :P
