The editing takes me back to dialup connection days, bloody annoying.

Trivially the animals you see at 0:30 is a dassie or rock hyrax, which is the closest relative of the elephant.

Credits say it was filmed & edited by said very strong climbers themselves rather than a dedicated film maker. Maybe they're still learning on that front having spent more time getting strong?
