Why do folk seem so down on Greggs - I think they're fine*... nothing special, but always reasonable/fine.. beats the living shit out of plastic food from subway....

*one of my students worked in Greggs hygene labs for a few years... and (to my surprise) she's full of praise for them...

Greggs are successful and treat their staff well. It's got to be a cover for something.

I am extra suspicious of their late night branch on Division Street. Obviously trying to shove the kebab and chip businesses out of the way. It's not right.

Nice, enjoyed it. But...sounds really quiet, couldn't really hear the spoken bits with volume on my laptop right up, which is normally fine for watching TV etc.
