Just watched the HD version. The quality (of the video if not the climbing) is soooooo much better than youtube. The foot in the water bit is totally lost in youtube and just looks like a long clip of GCW sitting on the floor.

Nice one GCW, however I now need to up my game on the climbing front as I can no longer hide behind blurry images....
