Constructive critisism: a tripod would make a big difference to the quality or have a go with the deshaker plug in for virtualdub (free, but a bit fiddley). And editing out some of the wind noise would be nice.

Did a nice 7a problem at Denham today (first ascent I think, unless Nik etc know different).  Decided to get it on film and this is the result:  massive lump on my leg from contact with the rock, plus a pretty painful back/arse.
