So here's another from me, of course the numbers are nowhere near those on Adam's films but really I'm just trying to keep a record of the climbing my wife and I are doing so I can look back when I'm properly old and broken...

As for the editing I just used Power Director Express which I got bundled with the PC, does most simple things except speed up/slow down so I run effects on some footage in windows Movie Maker before importing the doctored sequences (doesn't look to be any loss in quality)

Anyways it's embedded in the website my wife made 'cause it's too big to youtube

Finally found a way to get decent video on to youtube! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS To Get it to play properly, click it, then pause and wait for the whole thing to load. It says it's 5m43s but it's actually 1m12s or somthing. This is due to the algorithm used to get decent footage on youtube.

So here is a video of Powerband (I apologise for not doing it in better style but it was my first time and I didn't really have a sequence sorted and blah blah blah... insert excuses here)

Not a great angle as it was very sunny and the middle of the day so Rob had to film from under the lip of the roof.

Cheers. Actually fannied about on it for quite a while trying to burl my way through it which was never gonna work. This was doing it again for the video ten minutes after I got it and still pumped (note to self - must at least try to get fit).

shame that book was shot in B&W. There must have been some right collour-challenged outfits there. Does anyone know what colour welford's horrendous vest was?
