Cam anyone suggest a good place to go on Tues/Wed of this week in the South Lakes area. St Bees??? :-\ Any and all help greatly appreciated ta.

The Cliffe of the Alms is for wednesday, I need somewhere in the lakes tomorrow. Any ideas anyone???

St. Bees is West Cumbria chap, where abouts will you be?

Badger Rock and the surrounding stuff is pretty good for an afternoon, or a bit further again Black Crag on Wrynose Pass. Easier to get to from South bound.

Based about 15mins from Chapel Head Scar. Can go to most places in the Lakes tomorrow, but the weather does look a bit iffy, so would the Stone be the best bet?

Kentmere's not too far away (well closer than the cobble), but I haven't been so don't know if it's any good.

Weather's been mixed in Keswick and edging more towards shit than good. Kentmere (Badger Rock) is good sport. Failing that get yourself to Langdale.

Thorn was great on Tuesday, despite a shower it dried again quickly. Some nice magic 'srooms to be found on the way back  ;D
