Ron's Slab I
September 19, 2006, 08:25:42 pm
Had a play on this today (and yesterday). Just wondering if there are any useful pieces of info that will help me do it. I am not sure which holds are in and which are not ... Having problems standing up on the last good (a relative term) crimps.

Cheers

Is this the one on the Pebble?

if so the last move is the crux - left foot is on a reasonable hold, everything else is wack. Get left foot up on a poor edgy smear, choose a pebble or two and go for the top.

Didn't get a chance to get back on it, and now I back down south well away from the peak.

It sounds as if what you describe is what I was trying ... and failing...

Cheers anyway

The crux is definately the last slap move for the top, i've bottled it loads of times from up there shitting myself. Its a long way down

Its not the speed of impact that Jim has the trouble with, its the momentum  ;)
