I've just spent the evening investigating this site http://www.thecrimea.net/uk/index.php?region=uk and it struck me that I'd like you lot to hear their music. I've been an avid listener for ages; I knew Davey the singer whilst at uni in Aberystwyth (at the time he and Owen the drummer were with others as The Crocketts

So of course I got the album. What I was unaware of was the background of the lyrics on Tragedy Rocks until I read the notes on the About Us bit...

Anyway, I think they're underrated, you can listen to some songs on the site, etc.

Anyone have any more nominations?

I think the Electric Soft Parade have been neglected. There was some fuss made by Peel when they first kicked off and I was inspired to buy their music when I saw them rock Later with Fools Holl-twat. Recently dug out the albums I bought (as the missus is down in Dorset for the End of the Road Festival this weekend and they're playing) and have thoroughly enjoyed them again.

I rate this album;

I just love the vocal delivery of Killdozer, in particular on the track Towering Inferno when he growls:  It's a Man against Nature fight for survival.   Fantastic irony in their songs
