Right.

I want a cheap but reasonable DV camera for filming bouldering and that, and my eye fell on this little fellow - the Trust 732AV.

http://www.trust.com/products/frame-product.htm?artnr=13427

But it doesnt say what resolution the video is at - if it is tiny then there isnt any point in getting it, as it will look shit. Im not looking for a great camcorder, but I would like one that produces reasonable results.

My mates digital camera gives out 160 x 112 movies, and they are a bit shit really. And as this is a dedicated camcorder rather than a camera i was hoping it would be better.

Does anyone know? Or care? or have any advice?

Cheers

Fair enough!

I found this clip made from this camera, and for £100 its not too bad. Obviously a longer one could be got from adding memory etc.

Doesnt look too bad considering.

Cheers for the advice, may wait a bit first...

OK, so compared to Some Climbers...

what do you reckon is about that spec?

about 20fps, at about 640x480 output? Or is this size too small?

do you know any models (like examples) i could have a look at?

cheers dudes!  :)
