rock over training

What exercises would you guys recommend for improving rockover ability?
Doing one legged squats, on flat feet as well as on tip toes, but they don't seem to make much difference, assuming I'm doing them right.

Cheers Rich

You can't really do them wrong! Beware of doing them if you have weak knees. Anything involving squats can only help. Heel rasises etc are good for calf muscles.

i don't think one-legged squats will help you at all. your thigh never goes below 90. to get good at rockovers you need to do something that simulates a rockover ie put one leg on a small wall and stand up on this leg. you will look like a complete ho but...
squats obviously help at the top of a rockover but this is not the rockover bit

Slate, slate, and more slate.

And cycling, surely?

Yoga?

Go-go Gadget legs?

Stumpification? (Are you serious?)

Swimming.  With leg like frog.  Strengthening my knees a treat must be good for RK/OVRuleZinnit?
