A physio friend just got one and I had a go with it. I had this knot stuck in back that was 'referring' pain to my neck. Couldn't get rid of it for weeks but after half an hour with the cane - Pretty much gone. Check it.

And yes - The guy in the second last pic does have a quality old school mullet

Crikey though almost fifty quid for a piece of plastic... for that I'd want it to come with a nubile young lady to apply it (or, since the strength of the thing seems to lie in self-application, to at least proffer nude encouragement).  Almost tempted to track down the patent and whittle one myself from rich mahogany.
