anybody been.
its been so hot lately,i was thinking of selling my soul and do some sport chuffing.as i don't fancy repeating stuff i've done before or failing to do stuff i've done before.i was wondering if its worth a visit.

I'd say yes, ASSUMING THE CONDITIONS ARE RIGHT. If it's greasy it will suck. If it's dry, and to be honest I'm not entirely sure what precise weather is needed for it to be dry, then it's worth checking out, unusual setting and pretty interesting climbing. It tends to be very reachy with moves between breaks and not much else, and/or powerful when it gets steep.

cheers.i guess it should be dry as most other long to dry out crags are in nick now.
just need to find someone with a rope now.

Ah the thing is not the normal dryness shizzle, it's whether it's greasy/claggy due to the proximity to the sea and type of rock etc, that's what I mean about not knowing the weather required although I think the NEE guide has some recommendations.

 Greasy seaside crags are best when there is low humidity and a bit of wind . They can be grease death on hot still muggy days like we've had lately.
