I really want to do some sport climbing in the peak and the only place I have found through using google is Horseshoe Quarry.
I've never been there but I'm guessing some of you guys have and I was wondering if its worth checking out.
what are the grade ranges on it are there any harder routes there and will I be OK with my 50 meter rope? Thanks for any info guys.

...Horseshoe quarry has lots of vertical routes. Some of the rock is slightly dodgy, though the main wall is fine. You'll be fine with your 50m rope. But it's not the best the peak has to offer.

Maybe not the best, but unfortunately in low grade sport routes, its pretty much all the peak has to offer

Ah yes. Though I've only been to one location within (other than horseshoe) and whilst it was entertaining in a bizzare scramble through the construction site and climb something no-one ever climbs kind of way, you'd hope there were better venues...

I think there are more lower grade venues in the BMC guide. Depends what you're after.
