Yes and everyone I've seen do it, did it dynamically.  The hold you're going for is rather sharp and ripped a quality flapper out of my mate's finger.  Not a very good problem if I remember rightly.  Worth doing only for completeness.  The easier problems are the better ones on this block.

As for actual question...  due to the poor quality level of this problem I've not staggered up to that block for a long time.  I may be very stupid, or thinking of the wrong problem but I seem to remember that around 7a was the general consensus.  So you're probably best being cautious and giving it 5+.     Don't take my word for it though.

Could I be any more vague?  Will try to be next time.
