Will consult Farrar and find out the facts. However he is pretty lank. Doesn't the bank rise steeply to the left allowing a reach across?

I was trying it yesterday, with left and right hand matched in the slot, and left foot on a tiny edge, and was slapping the slppey edge/ledge, but wasnt holding it.

The ground rises a bit, but not that much. Unless its worn away loads  :?

Spoke to Kim at weekend, they started off the boulder a' la the Joker, no name/grade offered.
Had a look on Sunday, the crack start looks a fine project, would have given it a go but holds were all wet. Also spied another fine project in the area so will be back there soon for a play.
