There will be a bouldering competition at the Bournemouth University
climbing wall on Saturday 13th May from 5 pm till 10 pm. The competition
will be open to the public so invite all your friends, there will be both
easy and hard categories to cater for everyone. The entry fee will be £5 and
this includes entry to the climbing wall (£4.50 on its own!).

The Competition will run to the BUSA/SIBL Format of 25 problems with 10
points for a flash, 7 for doing it on your 2nd try and 4 points for your 3rd
attempt. There will be cool prizes to be won and hopefully Martin from the
Blue Lagoon Shop in Wareham (www.bluelagoonstore.co.uk) will be there with
more shiny gear for sale. If the weathers good we might even have a BBQ
after!

Hello again

Just a slight change of plan, the competition at the Bournemouth Uni wall will now run between 5pm and 10pm, this is due to a clash with a class using the wall, this new time also means that people who would have been working have no excuse not to come!

------UPDATE-------

Martin from Blue Lagoon will be at the wall with a range of shiny things to sell  , he kindly is also going to be supplying some lovely prizes! there will now be a BBQ if the weather is good, if not however we will be going to the Uni bar afterwards.

Route setting is going well, so far we had a good mix of routes of all styles which should test everyone.
