I have Achilles peretenonitis in both heels!!! This isn't funny.

Please post mesages of sympathy and support to make me feel better.

Also advice on getting better, and ways to stay motivated for the 6weeks i can't climb for would be very helpful and appreciated.

Few weeks rest, followed by very gentle/gradual calf stretching,
steroid-injections definately not reccomended, also worth considering arch-supports in day-to-day footwear eg orthaheel etc
