If you intend to release it to the general public and make money from it then I'm sure Daft Punk's record label's legal team would be very please to make your aquaintance.

If you just want to make it and share it with your mates, put it on p2p, etc then I seriously doubt anybody will be any the wiser.

There's been several climbing films made entirely with illegal soundtracks and I don't recall any of them being busted.
