Just found this website www.nicros.com after looking through old Climbing mags. Follow the links to the Training Centre/Center (whatever it is!), some interesting training tools and articles.

Yep, that's Eric Horst's site, based on his Training For Climbing book, s'not bad, not sure why it is "septic" though?
