Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced sharp chest pains at night?

Full blood tests were clear suggesting it was a nerve being trapped or a baby alien checking in. Feels much more like the later.

Bonus?..... Can now click my chest bone.

My sternum click quite often, but I have experienced no sharp  or stabbing pains. In fact I stay away from knives  as much as posible.

My sternum cracks all the time but I've only once had pain following it cracking.  Hurt like a bastard.
