I thought the tendons were quite interesting

7a - 8a.  So you don't have to bugger all climbing outside of your foot off board or your fun recreation sessions, and don't ned to emphasise improving your technique.  And apparently you can gain enough stamina by only doing 5 minute sets?!  Maybe that's all it takes to climb some Swiss 8a s, though completing that training program without getting injured would be an impressive feat in itself.  And even if you do redpoint your soft touch holiday 8a, if that's all you've done you're going to suck one big mighty fat one at climbing outdoors.

You know that anything that advertises 7a to 8a in 5 weeks is gonna be bullshit.

one of the lamentable "improvements" of medical degrees is the lack of dissexction. In my day, (4 years ago) we dissected one, the fingers are fascinating. Makes you disgusted that people can sit around being fat and doing fuck all, when they're in control of one of nature's most perfect creations...

You're joking! in my day (11 years ago) we spent 2 years in the dissection room, my sense of smell still hasn't recovered..
