Right, I'm new to this game. I've got 10 miniDV tapes, half used up. I don't think storing stuff on them is economicaly viable, I'd rather transfer to DVD (as they cost fuck all and take up zero room). whats the best and easiest way to do this without loosing quality. Ie what software do I need (and not windows movis maker!) and what file types to store as. I've got AVID xpress pro but can't use it for toffee yet.
