Snowcard is excellent insurance which covers you for virtually any sport, depending on the level of cover you buy, up to and including 8000m peaks if your that way inclined. Not the cheapest but when you need help they are awesome. Not had first hand knowledge myself but when Control Freak bust himself up in the Alps a few years back they were faultless. When you've been hanging on a rope for 6 hours with a busted leg 'I wish I hadn't skimped on my insurance' is not what you want to be thinking.  :shock:

i also noticed last year that a years worth of cover on snowcard was cheaper then getting the cover seperate for the trips in europe i was going on, plus it mean you didn't have to arrange it every trip. bear in mind the BMC stuff can be cheap but you have to factor in cost of being a member.
