Chironico is a gneiss bouldering venue about 30kms from Cresciano. Its higher than Cresciano and is shaded by mountains (during winter) so its much colder. Its not (IMHO) as good as cresh being sharper and less attractive an area, but if you are going - its near and worth stopping in if you go over, but go when you have good skin, the edges all feel razor sharp.
