Nikon F5

I have a beautiful Nikon F5 for sale.  Mint, boxed, etc.  Will let it go for £550 or thereabouts...  Plus an equally pristine Nikon AF 20mm F2.8, for £300.  Both for £800 and I'll throw in some virtually brand new B&W filters.

Drop me a line if you're interested - simon.tyler@mac.com

Will stick some pictures of both later on.

not especially.  well, it's not cheap, but then neither is 35mm particularly.  i use mostly use rangefinders - a 6x7 plaubel and a 6x9 fuji - and reckon i spend less per good shot than with 35mm.  something to do with spending more time thinking about what i'm doing probably.  some of my best bouldering pics have been with the plaubel though - it's a fixed 80mm lens (equivalent to 50mm ish) which makes it easy to get to know, plus 6x7 gives great enlargments (even when cropped).
