Glad I didn't read that before I'd gone for the Op Rob, I'd have probably bailed 
Went out Saturday with 2 pairs of pants on and ran 6 miles no trouble! Managed a climb Sunday too. Phew....
Did manage to lose me favourite Supreme hat while out running which sucked but thankfully the boys felt fine post all that jiggling about!
I do these things so you don't have to.
