Added a nice link-up on the sloping top at Wimberry yesterday. Start as for Fat Slapper sit, but then link into the top out of  Letterbox Slot. Bit easier (~6C+) than Fat Slapper sit direct, but nice moves and good balancy technical climbing. Wouldn't be surprised if it's been done before, but still seems worth jotting down. :-)

Cheers Wellsy. I love Wimberry. Probably been the crag I've bouldered at the most over the years (I only live 10mins down the road) and I'm consistently surprised it doesn't get more visits. Good problems at every grade up to 7c/+.

I guess the downsides are the parking gets busy at the weekends, its a bit of a tromp up the hill, it isn't the biggest crag, and the grit is quite rough on the skin. Still that keeps it quiet for the connoisseurs! :-)

EDIT: I felt that was too negative an ending. So I'm remedying it. Wimberry is awesome, easily as good as way more popular eastern areas, get to it!
