I've got a range of holds from Hardwood which were for a board which never got built, for various life reasons, so they've never left the box they arrived in, details below;

Mixed set 3 (minus 4 big pinches and 4 small pinches)
Crimp set 1 96.60
2 finger pocket 2 
3 finger pocket 2
Flat foot holds 15
Slopey foot holds

The lot came to £466 but I'd take a fair offer, I've got pictures I can send over.

I can't remember to be honest, I think I just picked them off the website with a view to my board being 45!
