National Trust for Scotland (NTS) Torridon - Woodland Management Plan – Information for Stakeholders
 
TreeStory Ltd, woodland management consultants, have identified the climbing community as potential stakeholders in the future management of the woodlands on the National Trust for Scotland’s Torridon Estate, which covers the Torridon Celtic Jumble. TreeStory are working on behalf of the NTS to consult with stakeholders regarding the proposed management objectives. As long as the trees in Shieldaig Forest and Flowerdale Forest are unharmed, fine by me

Just sent jn a quick response. Basically saying I supported their plans, emphasising the national popularity of the boulders due to their scenic quality so don't significantly alter that, that as a general rule don't plant trees close to boulders, and please crack on with Rhododendron control.
