The Hide Avatars and Sigs would be appreciated as well, everyone seems much more normal when they're turned off.

Normal as in mentally stable rather than the same as everyone else.  

I think they take up time downloading and clutter the screen, rather than add anything.  Once I read someone's sig I know if, I don't want to read it again everytime they post something.  Same with signature's someone has a funny sig then it might make you laugh, but on the 10,000 viewing it's not quite as ammusing.  Plus it looks less like a social forum when there isn't a 7 foot chipmunk waving his gigantic balls about (or whatever the thing on Bubba's is).

I believe it's Mr Wolf. Normally I avoid animated avatars cos they get annoying, but i loved the rabbit too much. A regular change of avatar keeps it fresh too I reckon.

Yeah, I find sigs annoying after a while. I'll sort the mod out again once I can find some enthusiasm to do any more work on ukb. I've had a lapse of interest recently.

On that note, I'm sure it's been said before but not by me... a MEER-HOOOSE-SIEVE cheers to you Bubba for all the unpaid grafting you put into this site, from my little knowledge of webdesign/maintenance I know its a time consuming business and it certainly brightens up my hours staring at a PC screen. :worthy:

Thanks guys - most appreciated. Really, what this place needs to make it rock is a good little team of web-developers and people who are into writing articles/photos/vids/etc..........but the main thing is a bunch of cool users, which is what we've got; and most everyone who joins up is sound so I'm happy. We're not big, but we've got a nice little crew going here so keep it up  ya'all
