I have a room to rent in my 3 bed terrace house in Ashbourne (just south of the Peak District) 10 minutes to Churnet, Dovedale, Matlock and 30/50 minutes to most venues in the peak.
I work in the film industry which means my current work is in London. So having to stay down there for a lot of my time. I’m back on weekends if I’m not working. You’ll have the house to yourself for most of the time and I will always let you know when I’m coming back in advance.

Ideally I’d prefer a climber, hence why posting on here before I make an advert on spare room and open rent.
