there's usually instructions in the .nfo file.
you will probably have to enter the key that your copy of norton generates into the keygen, then input the resulting code back into the phone registration wizard of norton.
don't allow norton to connect to the web to activate itself. firewall it (or just kill your web connection) until it thinks you've got connection problems and switches to the phone activation wizard instead - usually 3 tries or something.
